Futuring Now is a tri-annual print publication. What will you find upon opening it up? Original writing and visual art from young adults across North America who are involved with or interested in anthroposophy. Futuring Now serves as a vessel in which the spirit of the Youth Section of North America is reflected. It is edited by Adeline Lyons, a Youth Section coworker.
Futuring Now
Each issue develops a specific theme or question. Beginning in March 2025, there are four issues of Futuring Now to date, taking up various themes, from "the light between" to "entering the task at hand: how are you holding the future," to "resurrecting." Every summer, the issue works with the theme of the annual Youth Section conference.
An annual subscription is based on a sliding scale of $20 - $60. The true cost is $45. The sliding scale allows those who cannot afford $45 a year to lean on the support of those who can pay even more than $45. Please consider where you land on the spectrum. While able to receive partial funding through the Youth Section and other sponsors, Futuring Now relies heavily on subscription fees to support its printing costs.

For a more granular understanding, consider that a $45 annual subscription is $15 per print issue, while a $20 subscription is around $7 per issue.
There are 15-30 contributors per issue, and each copy is around 50 pages long, all color-printed and high resolution.
